
Let's get to know Kim!
Kim started at Premier in 2016 as an insurance customer service representative at the Pulaski branch and achieved her insurance license the winter of that year. She shared that, "My title pretty much describes my job. I assist the agent and our clients with all items that may arise to service them; such as policy changes, billing questions, and filing claims." Kim says she enjoys her job because it is different every day. "I have met some great people, not just my co-workers, but also our clients. It’s always nice to meet a face with the voice." Kim stated.
Kim moved to the Pulaski community when she was married 36 years ago. Her and her husband raised their children in the Pulaski school district. Kim shared, "It’s a small, friendly area and the branch is close to home, so it feels like family." Kim enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. She also enjoys reading and watching Hallmark movies, especially the Christmas shows.
Kim provided this insurance tip, "Remember to let us know if you have any changes in your life, so we can update your policies promptly. These changes can include new vehicle, new job, new contact number, and/or new address, to name a few. Some of these changes could lower your premium."
